When the founders of DiamondWinds, Lynne Key and Tom Dambly, hiked the Diamond Head trail – up the steep terrain, through dark, narrow tunnels, encountering rodents, bolstering some discouraged hikers, allowing those who had given up to return to the Comfort Station – they saw that trusting relationships, individual determination, and intelligent strategy factored into which groups and individuals made it to the Diamond Head Summit and, as a result, experienced those amazing refreshing breezes, the DiamondWinds.
