Tom Dambly 

Tom Dambly's track record of success in organizational change began over 20 years ago. His consulting expertise ranges from facilitating learning sessions, to creating management sessions in support of organizational learning, to creating new intellectual property and models of learning effectiveness. He is equally successful working with groups from various industries and organizational levels and has spent the last ten years focused on helping managers and executives use learning as a way of reaching organizational goals.

As an organizational development consultant in the Air Force, Tom led teams of consultants using a survey guided methodology of organizational change. He created new systems and processes that enhanced the effectiveness of the change process. He consulted with organizations from law enforcement to maintenance, operations, civil engineering and all the support agencies; and at all levels from the front line to headquarters.

At Kaset International, Tom helped change the consulting practice to focus on the enhancement of learning to achieve organizational success. He was the manager of consulting for Kaset and an Executive Consultant with Achieve Global. He continued designing success for organizations like British Telecom on creating customer loyalty, Invesco Global on their customer service initiatives, the US Air Force in creating a new sales culture, the US Army on enhancing leadership, the American Dental Association, and Wells Fargo on customer service and sales, the U.S. Mint on inculcating a new set of values in the organization, and ITT industries with meshing customer service and their six sigma process.

His many years of experience, combined with Lynne Key's, have created the new ideas and models that DiamondWinds is built on.

Tom has a B.A. in Education from the University of South Florida and an M.S. in Counseling and Human Development from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of ASTD and the International Society for Performance Improvement.
