Lynne Key 

Lynne Key brings a unique combination of expertise, practicality, creativity, and customer-focus to her work. An acknowledged expert in leadership, customer service, and sales, she has consulted and partnered with organizational leaders to define, develop, launch and sustain change initiatives linked to key business objectives.

Lynne's breadth of industry experience encompasses these diverse environments: call center, retail, insurance, finance, fashion, hospitality, recreation, manufacturing, telecommunications, utility, technology, transportation and military.

Known for instructional designs that are both innovative and successful, and for her clear, concise writing, Lynne has designed and developed traditional and nontraditional learning experiences for dozens of organizations including:

Lynne is currently earning her Ph.D. in adult learning development with an emphasis in research and measurement from the University of South Florida. Lynne earned her B.A. in journalism/public relations from Western Kentucky University and her M.A. in adult education/instructional design from University of South Florida.
